Hey gang, we want to say thank you, once again to our amazing couples for leaving great reviews all year, thus making us a 2012 Bride’s Choice Award recipient. We were given this award in 2010 and 2011 also, so this proves our dedication to strong customer service and a friendly atmosphere on top of our amazing photos and films. I say amazing, not because I think we are the best, but because the imagery we are producing truly does amaze me. I am so proud of our team here and the progress we are making every day. Lets have an amazing 2012!

Fact: You can’t control everything. Hard to believe, but true. Much of life is what you make of it, and when the rain came pouring down on Chris & Kristen’s wedding day they made the best of everything for sure. We were even fortunate to have the rain break for long enough to get outside and get some of the photo session. Much thanks to my man Stan Stolowski for shooting with me and providing some awesome imagery. So check it out!

The season is over!! And we are going crazy catching up on editing for all of our wonderful couples. I just had the wonderful experience of finishing Marty and Amy’s wedding, it was like reliving one of the best wedding days ever (aside from my own). I wanted to try something a bit different and do most of the prep in B&W because I like trying new things, and hey.. why not? But here is a good chunk of their day. I had the extreme pleasure of having John Defiora shooting with me this day too, so there are a few beautiful shots of his in there too. Enjoy!

Greg and Allison are amazingly fun people. When we were meeting with them for their wedding they expressed doing interest in a trash the dress shoot. The wonderful thing about TTD shoots are you don’t have to actually TRASH your dress. It can just be a second shoot after your wedding to do stuff that you may not have wanted to do on your wedding day; kind of an artistic way to preserve your dress. So we set out one afternoon to have some fun, and this is a preview of some of that magic.

For those of you who follow us, you may remember Kaelin and Chris’s epic same day edit. They are one of the nicest couples I think we’ve ever had. They had an amazing wedding day, got a great same day edit and deserved it all! On top of that, being super smiley and lovey, they were super easy to photograph. That always helps the day go smoothly on our end. I have been resolved lately that I want to start making smaller blog posts, but sometimes there is no holding back. Plus I haven’t been including much dancing lately, so I wanted to get some of that in there. Hope you enjoy!
