i am so excited to get married. i am getting married on may 23, 2010! it is even more exciting when i get to work at the place that i am marrying my bride. addison park is such a beautiful place, and when we shot amanda and gary’s wedding, it became even more clear that i have chosen the perfect place to have our wedding.
gary is a friend who went to the same high school as me, and his wife is just a really nice, and beautiful girl. they had an amazing wedding with a beautiful religious ceremony in an awesome church. the ceremony was nice and long which allowed ryan and i to get some amazing shots. we then went over to point pleasant beach and spent some time with mike berry of berry photographics shooting their photo session. it was such a beautiful day, and finally nice and warm. while at addison park, we enjoyed great food, an outstanding toast buy guy, gary’s twin brother and amazing music provided by sound connection entertainment. all in all this was a great day, and i am so happy to be able to share it with you now. enjoy..

how great is it when we are able to enjoy the happiness that our friends are blessed with? ashley, dave and i were able to do that on february 27, 2010. lizzy and ben got married in philadelphia at the beautiful racquet club. we followed lizzy all over the city while she had her nails done, her hair and her makeup. she looked amazing! the met each other on the steps inside of the racquet club and read letters that they had written to one another. it was a special moment for them, and i am glad i was a part of it.

your wedding is a day when all of the most important people in your life are supposed to be there. glen’s father was unfortunately in the hospital. i know from the experience that i am having thus far in 2010 that having your father in the hospital at all is tough. the nice thing is that glen’s father is better now, but on their wedding day, he was still in the hospital. i think this was my greatest pleasure, being able to document their trip to see him. instead of a photo shoot, this selfless couple opted to go visit dad. this is exactly what i would have done too. i have been visiting my dad almost every day in philadelphia since early january, and now that he is home, i get to see him every day. the pressure of not knowing, and being worried and seeing dad in pain is the toughest thing to deal with. my father is the best, and i know that glen feels the same about his father. the joy that i saw on that man’s face was enough for him. seeing his son marrying a stunning bride made his life brighter. it truly was an honor to be there. here is a highlight:

many of our couples really enjoy the thought of giving each other a gift the day of their wedding. when the opportunity arrives for us to be able to document this, we always want to shoot it in a creative way. this day, we filmed the journey that the gifts took to get to their destination. we really hope that films like this encourage more of our couples to exchange gifts the day of their wedding. enjoy.
